Crab pastie from Wheeler's of Steephill Cove, Ventnor. The pastry is not pre-cooked (crab is cooked), so brush with milk or egg to glaze, then pop in the oven for 20-25 mins at 220 degrees C. Can be cooked from frozen. These will be supplied frozen. May contain shards of shell.
