You can't beat freshly baked artisan bread and we're delighted to introduce baker Kate Gooden. Baking in small batches, on the south coast of the Island, and using IOW flour from Matt Bowman's farm at Havenstreet, there's a delicious loaf for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. Traditional loaves, speciality breads including focacia, olive and herb, sour doughs and more. oh, and don't miss the Danish Pastries, they are to die for!
