You can't have Christmas pudding on its own (there's probably a law or something)so here are some lovely local things to help it down. There's no calories at Christmas you know!
The traditional partner for Christmas pudding (or just spread on hot crumpets...) made with love and dedication (and the best possible ingredients), unrefined sugar and brandy.
Calbourne Classics Isle of Wight clotted cream. The only genuine Island clotted cream, this is made in a pan, not the tub, so it has the gooey bits all the way through! Made in Shalfleet from Island milk. Supplied frozen.
Double cream from Rew Valley, Arreton, with a handy screw top lid for keeping in the fridge - if there's any left!
