Organic pasta shells made with spelt flour. Spelt is an ancient grain that is naturally high in fibre. Great with chunky tomato sauces - saute chopped onion and garlic and add chopped tomatoes and simmer gently for 20 minutes for a rich sauce. Add anchovies for richness. Made by the Stoneground Flour Company in Havenstreet.
