We recently took a holiday on the island & brought home some Isle of Wight soft cheese, in the round wooden case like bries. It was heavenly, but we should have tried it first, if we had done we would have bought 3 packs. It's availability hasn't reached up here to Yorkshire to the best of my knowledge. Well done a fabulous cheese.
