Our favourite steak cut! These steaks will be marbled with quality fat, so they're tender, tasty and moist. Just sear in a hot pan for 2-5 minutes per side, depending how rare you like it. From Newbarn Farm, Shorwell. These are classic beef breeds - Hereford, Limousin, Belgian Blue, Aberdeen Angus, Charolais, and all reared to give excellent tasting tender meat.
