Phillips Fine Foods smoked haddock

£12.95 per kg

Traditionally oak smoked haddock fillet - no dyes, colourings or additives. These fillets are around 450g, but the size and price will vary slightly. These are smoked in Cowes by Phillips Fine Foods. The fillet will be vac packed, and may be supplied frozen. For the perfect comfort food, gently poach in milk and serve on a bed of creamy mash (or wild rice if you're feeling healthy), topped with a poached egg.
