Hampshire or Island pork, expertly cured and prepared by Hamiltons Fine Foods. A great 'old favourite' and very tasty when boiled or braised with apple juice or cider and teamed up with leeks in white sauce or cauliflower cheese.Add a wholegrain mustard and honey crust for the last 15 minutes of cooking time. mmmmmm
