A succulent and tasty steak from Island or Hampshire pork, expertly smoked and cut by Hamiltons Fine Foods in Newport. Grill, shallow fry or oven bake and combine with a free range fried egg or a slice of pineapple - it's a bit 80's but very tasty so who cares!
