Serve with The Garlic Farm's Garlic and Horseradish Mustard. From Newbarn Farm, Shorwell. These are classic beef breeds - Hereford, Limousin, Belgian Blue, Aberdeen Angus, Charolais, and all reared to give excellent tasting tender meat.
