Topside of prime beef for roasting. We think topside is almost nicer cold than hot and makes the best sandwiches ever! From Newbarn Farm, Shorwell. These are classic beef breeds - Hereford, Limousin, Belgian Blue, Aberdeen Angus, Charolais, and all reared to give excellent tasting tender meat. All our meat is packed to your order and is suitable for home freezing.
