Lamb chops - cutlets

Pack of 2 juicy lamb cutlets from Newbarn Farm lamb. The sheep graze on the west Wight downs above Shorewell and Chillerton. When Island lamb isn't available we source English lamb. We like them pink in the middle, seared in a hot pan or under the grill. Try with Village Nursery rosemary jelly.These are perfect for the kids too, try topping with a drizzle of honey just before they are done. Team up with Barnsley chops for the grown ups and family tea is sorted.
