Belly pork

A piece of belly pork that can be roasted whole, or slice/diced and pan fried with seasonal vegetables. This is a fatty cut that is very tasty, but needs to be well seared. Pull out your old cook books and discover why it was such a favorite of Grandpa's! From pigs raised at Branstone Farm, or Sheepwash Farm Hampshire. Our pork is suitable for home freezing.
