Pork loin boned & rolled
£7.20 per kg
Boneless pork loin joint for roasting. Take out of the packaging, pat dry and leave uncovered for at least 12 hours to get the best crackling. Then rub the skin with sea salt and rosemary. From pigs raised at Branstone Farm, or Sheepwash Farm Hampshire. Our pork is suitable for home freezing.
