Spare rib roasting joint (bone-in)

A spare rib roasting joint is one of the best on a pig. The meat is more succulent than leg, and less likely to dry out. The bones give the roast flavour and becuase they're 'under' the joint, carving is still straightforward. From pigs raised at Branstone Farm, or Sheepwash Farm Hampshire. Our pork is suitable for home freezing. A 1.5kg roast is perfect for 2-4 people.
