Lamb Tagine
Moroccan-style lamb tagine made by the Island Kitchen. Tender chunks of lamb cooked with tomatoes, apricots and honey to balance the hot harissa. This is warming, but not scarily hot! Serve with couscous and a simple tomato salad.
