Handmade premium sausages made for us by Forrests in Niton. All sausages sold in 6s or 12 chipolatas. These are very high meat content sausages, made with premium ingredients. Meat content varies from 95% to 70% depending upon added extras like apple, chilli and seasonings. Look out for our monthly special varieties! Made using pork from the Island or Hampshire, depending upon availability.
